Spring: The Aesthetics of Princeton Part XXII

Winter has finally melted away and opened up into spring. I had forgotten how warm weather felt. While the new season is not as visually pleasing as autumn or winter, spring has its perks. There are a number of cherry blossoms around campus, but the trees do not bloom at the same time. Half of the area still looks like winter even though it is 80ºF outside.

On the first day of warm weather, I noticed an abundance of salmon colored shorts. The summer preppy clothing has returned to Princeton.

I took a walk down to Turning Basin Park one day. It is a nice little area with a meadow of flowers. Students should go there more often to relax.
